In this 2nd part of America first Muslim Congressman, Congressman Ellison talks about how in America it is possible for people of various religions to live harmoniously with each other. He says just the sheer diversity of religion and culture in America makes it necessary to accept each other, particularly if we want to be accepted by others. Unlike Muslim majority countries, in America, one has to be disciplined and steadfast in one's own faith because there are few external motivations like the sound of the call for prayer, or absence of bars and so forth. He also says that he has great hopes for Pakistan and Pakistanis and has been vocal about the rights of Palestinians as well. Congressman Ellison adds that, it is okay to voice your disapproval of Israelis government's policies but anti-Semitism is unacceptable. In other words you can reject the policy of a government without hating its people. Regarding the possibility of him running for the White House someday, Congressman Ellison says his target right now is to serve the people of his district as best as he can and not plan for the highest office in the country.

"Why are you so different compared to Muslims in different parts of the world?" Because he is speaking about things that do not resonate with the other 99.999% of Muslims in the World.
