ToM is something you test so late in story that it's useless & arbitrary in sense that you can't test it until way to late.
Besides, children are conditioned to be truthful (to tell you a lie is useful to you) so they won't answer anything but truth anyway.
Stick to Initiated Joint Attention testing to diagnosis at 14 months with 94% accuracy.
