I tested out my new camera mount that Jeff DeRocher fabricated for my Euro 120X. I works great! He is willing to fabricate a mount for almost any type gun, if you can get him a mold of your gun using shapelock.

I also tried zooming the camera in about half-way to get a better picture of the fish that I'm spearing. I think this method works great for focusing on a single fish, but might not capture a large school of fish, like my 73.5 lbs GT video did.

  • damn paul is that the record fish? That looked like Okuma.

  • well, if you ever make it over here, let me know. I'll take you out diving.

  • LOL How nice that would be. I would love to do the same. Japan is very beautiful, and the the people are great value! Would love to be diving up there in our winter!!

  • Someday I would love to come dive there. In fact I wish I was independently rich, so I could spend half the year here and the other half there, so I never have winter :)

  • Southern Western Australia

  • where are you at?

  • Cheers. It's amazing how similar the ground looks to what we dive LOL!

  • Okinawa, Japan

  • Very nice work! Where did you film this? Is it in Japan, or somewhere else? Great shot BTW. Great eating fish I love them!!
