@cajst56st Infrared LEDs are quite durable and the battery was dying anyways, so the voltage dropped to just the right amount. I should have used one, though, you're right.

I was looking for a program that would do this for me thanks, instead of makeing a program for this. Now to 1/2 any incomeing signal but remodulate it software wise and i should be able to input all sorts of signals. Basicly change a 88khz into a 44khz then input it into my computer mic and then using software change it into a 88khz looking signal again.

My god thats cool. Thanks for uploading this. I'm prescribed dexedrine for ADHD and tend to go a bit over the top with it, with this I could see how my heart rate is.
