  • one of the few good videos of expertvillage

  • If you keep your legs straight and wide apart, bringing the cable to the ankle not the knee or waist you'll get a much better oblique workout. This puts the line of resistance perpendicular to the torso at the end of the movement, maximizing work load.

  • or you can twinst you back like and not keep straight shoulders.... like i did on wednesday. my back is still screwed up from it lol.
