It's called Limited Sight Distance or 'LSD' and the bus driver was not using due diligence when the bus entered the intersection. I hope they are charged with manslaughter even though the truck driver was clearly partly responsible as he was over the line and partly obstructing the intersection. The girl was ignorant of the dangers involved in these two lethal lapses by the bus & truck drivers. Remember: there are no accidents, just people who push their luck until it runs out. So sad to see.
