I lived in Penmaenmawr Railway station in 1997-1998 and i used to love the sound of the class 101 passing throughout the day.

Interesting trip. I followed it on Google Earth. Had to jump the last mile or two still, a damn good video. Nice scenery too.

Nop was not a driver, on these old trains there was glass between the cab and the passenger seats, so you could see out of the front. a great way to travel with a good view.
