Macbeth synthesisers are shit company, they are use arms manufacturers for some components.
Zot engineering and diatron. Not v nice really!!! Good to see a boycott. Although they are v expensive and have no patch memories. Arms companies for parts.........sad bastard he is. It's a musical instrument not a missile.

@leadfarmer13 These chords are just 1/4" mono-plug cables. The M5 is a semi modular analogue synthesizer. That means all the different modules in the synthesizer like sound-generators, amplifiers, filters, envelopes...are hard wired in a logical order. So you can use the M5 like a traditional analog synthesizer without using the patch cables. BUt if you want to connect the modules in another kind of way you can use these little chords. Therefore the modules offer different useful in and outputs.

How much current does a big synth like that draw?

Not really more than a smaller analog synth. It's really a bunch of empty space in that box. The box acts like an acoustic space for that spring reverb.
