  • If it were me I would've done the Genesis version of this game since you did the Sega CD version of Ecco.

    But obviously you're not me.

    Still good though.

  • I've covered multiple versions of the same game before, so I could make one for the Genesis title. This was the version I played personally, which I assumed sounded better, but I'll check and see if it warrants another vid.

  • about time!

when do you proceed to the next gen?

  • If by next-gen you mean Playstation, N64 and so on, I'd say about three months. Yep, my channel is turning into one of those long term dealies.

  • sure! it had bad control if you played the SNES version! the Genesis version may not been as colorful as the SNES verson but it had much better music (just listen to "The Wall" or bonus level songs for proof) , and the controls were much better! (8-way fire is all i need to say!) i played both versions and was very disappointed in the SNES version. oh well!

  • Though I have to say that the SNES version looks much better.

  • not bad

  • 2:35 starts my favorite song in the entire game. I was humming this by the time I was done playing the first bonus level. Awesome song even now.

  • @SuperKokuJin916

Um actually both version have 8-Way Fire. I've played & beat both versions, and the SNES version allows 8-way fire, AND it also allows you to perform 8-way fire WHILE STANDING STILL if you hold the R button. The Genesis version doesn't have this, which FORCES you to shoot while walking/climbing, which is frustrating seeing as how the enemies in the Genesis version takes twice as many hits to kill, and thus, the controls are WORSE on the Genesis.

    NintenDOES what Genesis don't

  • i liked the music at 2.40

  • The one disliker is a geek. Its a fact of life, if you dislike cool people, you are a geek. Thumbs up if you agree.

  • @jered91 Not too far, but we only went once a year, and fish and chips always taste better by the sea! :)

  • even if people say that the music isn't that great, I find it really really enjoyable to listen to.

  • This game used to get me all hyped up for family trips to the beach.

  • I have this for super nintendo and it was so much fun. Too bad it doesn't have a save feature or I would still be playing it. This is an example of marketing with a good game. I used to play this with my parents all the time when I was little. I am 15 now, and it brings tears to my eyes remembering the good ol' days.
