D11 I agree with that statement but it doesn't negate the fact that this young girl was still someones daughter and she had her life taken from her in such a cruel fashion by a guy who had a history of this behavior. Assuming he is guilty. he may not be but he has a history.

Another classic example of Missing White Woman Syndrome . . . it'd be funny how much the whole nation freaks out the instant an attractive, usually wealthy, white female goes missing, if it weren't tragic.
It's tragic when anyone goes missing for that person and the people that care about them -- yet the media gives hugely disproportional amounts of attention when the missing person is an attractive white female.
