It's the song "Veni Sancte Spiritus" from Taizé, composed by Jaques Berthier i think.
But the name is just "Veni Sancte Spiritus", because there is no other "veni sancte spiritus" in Taizé.

Thanks, you don't know how big gift you've done to me posting this video. VSS is my favourite Taizè song: many low voices ask the coming of the spirit, like a dark ocean in waiting, and then a clear and light voice appears, like the Spirit's rays from the Sky.... The soul of Taizè is in this song, and this version is so fresh and joyful. gabriele
