I'm Portuguese and I've never seen anyone put basil in their mouths. We just use regular mouthwash like listerine

You get easily get gram flour from local Indian super market. It is also called besan, pronounced as (bay-sun). It is a chick peas flour. If you have acne prone skin it really helps to eliminates oil from the face.

I am Indian and I use gram flour, orange peel powder and mix it with rose water to form a paste and then apply on face for 10-15mins. I use this natural exfoliater for my skin.
