I think the Itouch in the bottom is 2G because we can hear sounds with the speakers, the 1G doesn't have any speakers.

No but u said u liked the 2g because the high brightness.
But that doesn't make sense as it has a sensor for the brightness.
So unless you fuck with the settings it should be ok.

ok your friend is apparently not smart he should think twice first the ipod touch 1 g is so cheap if the headphones are in and it falls the jack will break instantly and the hardware they used in the 1g is very expensive and does not have the same wifi reception as the 2g trust me i have them both i checked image quality, wifi on the same network and speed so tell your friend yours is better and show him!
