Video of P300 Brain Computer Interface (BCI) in operation at National University of Singapore. The group is headed by Prof. Sadasivan Puthusserypady ( http://www.ece.nus.edu.sg/stfpage/elespk/ ).
Note the classifier used was trained using data obtained few days before, hence performance is not the best possible.
The user is trying to input AQUICKBROWNFOXJUMPSOVERTHELAZYDOG
No error correction input (such as 'Backspace') is provided in this on-screen keyboard/speller.

Recording system : 24 channel amplifier from ANT-Neuro (only 7 channels used in this experiment).
Software: Custom program in C++. Data acquired using an ActiveX interface ( http://www.ant-neuro.com/ ), display managed using SFML ( http://www.sfml-dev.org/ ). Classification is done using MATLAB running on another computer, to which bidirectional communication is established using TCP/IP.

Bit rate : 30-40 bits/sec.
