What an eyeopener! Thank you very much.
I found two errors.
1. The eyes in my avatar are not rendered
2. Shadows work well on the ground and up to about 500meter In heights over 700meters they flicker in a way that ruins the result.
Have anybody noticed? Do anybody know a cure?
I have Nvidia GeForce GTS 250, Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz, Win XP32bit
It runs well with DEFERRED RENDERING but is not powerful enough for GLOBAL ILLUMINATION
what is the music? please tell me. especially at the end. it is awesome ._.

...as in nearly all my YouTube videos, soundtrack is a Nine Inch Nails song from their "Ghosts I-IV" series. One can add those songs as audio background directly on YouTube after the video upload...and that's what I usually do.
I can't remember the exact title of the track. But since all those "Ghosts" albums are freely downloadable, just grab them all! :-)

well i did everything required and it wont work.... i get a really weird glitched... well.... i cant explain it.... everything nearby turns light blue and more distant objects have slightly working shadows... whats worse, the projectors project it like the blue stuff is an object :0!!! this really confuses the texture i am trying to project... please tell me what i'm doing wrong! i have a modern (ATI radeon 9800?) graphics card and an intel 4 core with multithreading... any fixes?!

@4onen sorry, I never used ATI cards with Second Life and I can't say if your graphic card supports SL shadows - it looks like it doesn't, but maybe it's just a drivers issue. If you're comfortable with this, search for different graphic drivers and try installing them.
