I think the point was to find and confront Praxis, but he wasn't home.

why did you skip the part where you died here, yet keep the parts where you did die in previous videos?

I died once, at the very end of the level when my jump over a small gap failed. Didn't think I should show the whole level twice.
In other videos I probably didn't have to start from the VERY beginning of the area, and it would be confusing for the viewers if I suddenly had like 20 enemies killed from 30 just because I cut out one death.
