Can you not see the colour of her eyebrows? So why would that necessarily apply to her? And your generalization is as bad as saying that all 22 year old Americans have IQs below their age.

This is straight from their website.
"Is TRIA effective on white, grey, blond or red hairs on the face and body?
ANSWER - No. White, grey, blond and red hairs do not have enough pigment to absorb the laser light. As a result, TRIA is not effective when used on these hair colors."
It's TRIA's fault that you didn't know this, because they can't expect blondes to know how to read.

so far I've noticed a minimal reduction, but I still have to finish the treatment process. Will keep you posted with an 'after' vid!
