  • - traditional rehab and physio did not seem to be working. Bill's program focuses on the whole body and setting up the conditions within it to get you out of pain. Once you're out of pain , you can build the tendon strength and flexibility to be able to do these movements and feel great.

  • @imlivingandlearning. Thank you so much for you positive comments. In answer to your questions; My surgery fixed the torn ligaments to stop my kneecap from dislocating but... 4 months after the surgery I was locked in a pattern of bad pain, tension and stiffness. It was preventing me from doing normal things like walking and sitting without pain. Also, it stopped me from regaining my strength and flexibility. This is when i chose to work with Bill the KPG. I did this because i felt that the tra

  • Congratulations Vinny! So happy u finally got relief!!! :) Knee dysfunction affects so much in your life & the movements u can now perform r AMAZING!!! Your son is ADORABLE! Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL child. I'm so glad his Dad is able 2 be more active with him.

    Were u expecting the surgery to CORRECT your knee problem & it DIDN'T & work w/KPG DID or was KPG work like routine rehab after all surgeries. Just how did those things work together? Percentages maybe? :-) At any rate...CONGRATULATIONS! :)
