This IS the Queen - she uses a Daimler WITH number plates as her personal car and a Bentley with NO number plates and a flag on the roof as her official car; the silver volkswagen van is for her lady in waiting and equery etc. The second daimler in front of the silver people carrier has the bodybuards in and when she's in London she can slip around town like this without drawing much attention to herself which is the whole point. There are other videos on here with her in the Daimler.

@crammin23 Technically, the Queen does have the power to declare war. She does not use this power though, as the Government do that.

Not trying to be rude but... maybe i'm missing something. What influence does the Queen have? I mean, can she declare war? does she have a vote in your congress? I just dont get the whole queen business. I guess it is a good idea to keep her around for tourism.

If you look at this video: - Her Majesty The Queen at the University of East London -

you can see the Queen getting into the Daimler you saw her in(it takes about three minutes to get to it in the video); also - A glimpse of the queen - shows her leaving Buckingham Palace in the same car and - Queen elizabeth in london - you can see her in her Bentley with the police Daimler behind and the silver people carrier behind that... So you were very observant, you DID see the Queen!
