How do you use this? I've been learning knots because the relax me. So far only TIAT has shown me what they are for.

Anybody who tried to show me this has failed. There's two ways to learn your knots: buy a book, or watch this guy's demos.

i prefer the tag end to end up on the outside of the loop rather than the inside..

Most other attempts to teach use the friggin rabbit out of the hole method.
