  • I'm salvadorian and I've been mistaken for white. ' I even have natural dirty blonde hair. O.o

  • @patyycakee, then you're probably white or Mestizo. Not all Salvadorans are Native. My dad's white and he's Salvadoran. On AVERAGE the Salvadorans are roughly 30% native at the most. It depends on the individual and region as well as social class. WHites are usually the rich ones in El Salvador.

  • @TheUglyPrince 30% at the most? :/

  • @paoadabelle, yup...apparently the Y-dna is a bit over 50% but from what i see it only identifies 12 - 42 percent European. It has been a while since i've read it so I need to read it again AND look at ANOTHER one which is autosomal that was done on Salvadoran Americans which shows a much lower European admixture and a lot higher African admixtue... :/

  • @itachimejia "its like saying the U.S. has no culture." no it isn't. The USA had to create their own culture even though a lot of it was shared. Though most of it was not stolen like the culture in Latin America. Also.. Middle Easterners in El Salvador are just wealthy people who wanna take advantage of our resources.

  • @TheUglyPrince i have those books but i would appreciate it if u have others. the only thing that bothers me about ur opinion is that u think el salvador has no culture. its like saying the U.S. has no culture. our culture is the mix of pipiles, pocomames, lencas, chortis, and European, we even have middle eastern in the mix. shafick handal, tony saca they are of middle eastern decent. btw what part of ES have u been to q departamento? i lived in el departamento of cuzcatlan, in cojutepeque city

  • @TheUglyPrince You are defnitely Mestizo buts its cool you are repping your Indian heritage.

  • @TheUglyPrince ...Great Video and damn the Haters

  • @itachimejia, I've been to El Salvador PLENTY of times but all I see is indigenous culture being called something else. A mix? Not really, there is VERY LITTLE Spanish influence. Source?..I use SOURCES.. read a book called "La Historia de El Salvador Tomo I & II".. want me to send ya PDF's of all the books I am reading? I can tell you every single piece of thing that's indigenous. Dia de Muertos..indigenous. Pupusas, indigenous... I can go on and on.

  • have u ever been to ES? i understand the point your trying to make. the indigenous background and all that but ES, like many american countries are a mix of cultures. what u said about salvadorean culture? wtf? that brings me back to my question have u ever been to ES? we are a mix of espanol y nativo americano just like the U.S is a mix of the world. being salvadoreno is not DNA its a life style. BTW whats ur source or is everything u said just ur opinion?
