I am a Minnesotan,but I was in Detroit for the Shock's 2003 worse to first run. I totally fell in love with Tweety's game. Even though I'm here with Seimone and Maya, Tweety's my girl. Hey Deanna come on up here and play for coach Reeves again and get another ring.

I know this is a late reply; I agree with your comment. The WNBA is fun to watch but I don't carry the same energy and excitement for the league without a Detroit franchise. Nolan Richardson, former Tulsa Shock coach, turned the Tulsa Shock into a clusterfuck. Like I mentioned elsewhere online I don't dislike and completely support Katie Smith, Taj, and Tweety for refusing to play with Tulsa

Deanna is my all time favorite too! She is a real personification of the city and state she comes from (Flint, MIchigan)..a tough, blue collar player who always gets up fighting when she is knocked down, and never gives up no matter what the odds against her. i hope we can get another team in Michigan for her to play on.
