Inalienable rights are not subjected to the whims of the electorate, under the *united States Constitution. Each of us are born as self-sovereign Beings with our Rights fully intact. Government doesn't grant Rights, they may only deny them. (I've capitalized the important common nouns in the Spirit of those who founded the nation. *united, with a lowercase u is how it was written originally as the States trumped the voluntary union that it created.)
