Actually I do not answer to any unprofessional, ignorant listeners, yet I better do to open some eyes and ears! "Zitto60" should check out his language(...) and "Drelnis" should forget THE CALLAS.She was one of a kind. Here are the other names who sing AND act like "Lucia" should be: Anna Moffo, Christine Eda-Pierre, Beverly Sills, Sona Ghazarian, Christina Deutekom, Joan Sutherland, etc..These are TOP OF THE LINE SINGERS ! At age 22, you better widen your horizon and knowledge first...

I am a little tired of everybody saying Edita was the best Lucia ever. I mean, she's for sure good but some of us are tires of her excesive portatos and funny faces, ha ha. This is not personal to anyone, but i think she really should know when to use her virtues.

It is funny to read the comments. I think we could be very happy, if we could have 10 % of the vocal perfection and expressivity Gruberova has. I guess all the writers do not have 0,1%. Just enjoy and practice...
