hoarding is one thing filth is another apparently there confusing the two

@lenalena111 It's always a result of a mental illness. Most psychologists think it's OCD and more - because OCD just doesn't cover all the manisfestations of the illness. Most hoarders start hoarding in response to a major loss in their lives. Another fact is that 100% of exposed hoarders will relapse if not treated.
I like to quote a psychologist I know who works with hoarders. She said, "You can tell they are mentally ill because no sane person could stand to live that way!"

@NonnyMus1 Interesting. Is it always the result of a mental illness? I mean, is that scientifically proven? Or is that just speculated? Just wondering...
-
@theonlyzdog I'd like to see them get treatment, not forgiveness. Without treatment, 100% of hoarders re-offend.

@xXDyingDarknessXx They have a mental illness.

@lenalena111 Hoarding is the result of mental illness.

@xXDyingDarknessXx Personaly I'd rather see that person forgiven and I hope they someday see what they did was wrong "Forgive as your Heavenly Father forgives you." Those owners must be sick at heart to do this. I'd rather see them become better people.
I'd rather forgive them and see them forgiven. As a fellow human being I'd rather see their sick heart healed and see them in heavan
