Ummmm! when i adjust the levels on the cloud layer, it keeps coming back to its default state and wont accept my Modification... Am i doing something wrong?

amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!!! video thank you so much, but I have a problem with the clouds filter when applied it seems that the clouds are small, so the dust turns out to be very little and very white, what could I be doing wrong?? thanks again it's awesome.
