@7SaintChristopher7 I had a sparring match with my cousin, he trained one year in Capoeira, when we fought he spin and tried to kick me in the head but I catched his foot and he fell...this proved to me how efficient is Capoeira. It's fun to watch but is overestimated.

Well, from all the matches I've seen, capoeira isn't the best martial art... It actually kinda sucks. But with capoeira you'll always get all the girls and it looks freakin' amazing!!
