Selena Tribute 2008

Sylvia D, a radio personality from 93.5FM in Corpus Christi, headed the annual Selena Tribute in Selena's former "Molina" area neighborhood on the corner of Bloomington and Elvira. The tribute featured a poet and a young Selena impersonator from New Jersey (Carolina Saenz).

The legacy that Selena left will NEVER DIE! She is not here physically but all her fans keep pictures of her and listen to her music on a day to day basis. Selena did not live a high fashion A list glamorous life she lived in a normal 1 story house next to her parents with her brother A.B two houses down. Selena's house back then was a hot spot for the local kids to hang out she would give the rides in a go-kart and play baseball for charity events in her neighborhood. These people are just paying there respects they do this every year I think it's nice of them
