This patient had vaginismus for the two and a half years of her marriage. This interview done 8 months after treatment with Botox and progressive dilation under anesthesia allowed her to have intercourse in only 6 days. She discusses the importance of dilation and has been an advocate to help women with this problem. In a separate YouTube she translates this information into Portuguese.
