Yamanote Halloween Train: Aussie Streaker

This Aussie guy decides that since he didn't wear a costume to the famous costume party (also known as the "gaijin train" in Tokyo), he would make up for it by streaking down the platform. My three friends were holding his clothing, and one donated her fairy wings to the cause. Crazy party.

Ok, I'll go along with that. The police were always very polite with me, I have no complaints. In the job that I had in Tokyo I worked with the police a lot and they were always very helpful and professional. I've never been on their bad side though.
