PASSENGER - live performances 2006-2010

Extracts of live multimedia + music collaborative performances which take place on a sporadic basis, and which have gradually evolved over the years. The "Passenger" approach was developed as an extension to and inspired by the various music performances which have accompanied the "What If I'm Not Real" installation by Virtual Migrants. Video or multimedia works are projected either as originals or re-mixed-manipulated using VJ or other interactive software, and this forms a backdrop for various and changeable live musicians who identify with the issues and perspectives from a range of backgrounds, personal developments and cultural contexts. Blurring and pushing the boundaries between documentary, fiction and live performance.
