Reaching the South Summit of Everest

At 28,500 feet the South Summit marks the homestretch. However, the true summit is still at least two hours away, across the three hundred-foot-long knife-edge ridge, up the fifty-foot vertical Hillary Step, finally traversing up a long slightly broader ridge to the summit.

@Manakaiser what im saying is that just because this doesnt get views of ppl, it doesnt necessarily mean they dont admire it but only that they dont actively search for it. for pop like lady gaga ppl dont need to search, its showed down evey sense by media. If all media would focus on mount everest climbing the exposure would be 1000 times bigger.

well it does tell us sthing, but not what you meant, all it tells is that media is powerful, and that avg IQd humans are affected by it.

@noppaa while it sounds nice even to me, its still a pretty stupid comment because as a matter of fact this tells us nothing because watching such specific "real stuff" requires nothing but personal liking of it and im sure theres many colibri videos or tarantula videos or similar (if you dont get that drift im feeling sorry for you but dont play dumb) that you havent given your "view" to and that have even less views than this, yet are as "real" as this. but yea pop sucks i giv u that.

@somnus71 - Humans can't live there but the tiny Himalayan jumping spider does. It's been found as high up as 22,000 ft. and it's only source of food are stray insects that are blown up the mountainside by the wind.
