I think I was in some sort of crazed game-high mental danger zone after beating the Gargoyles after about 83749374 tries and unexpectedly kicked the shit out of this boss the first time around straight after making my way there after the bell tower. I was actually utterly confused when the thing died and not me haha.

@hylian1987 If you watch the "making of" they never recorded Japanese audio for the game, they made a single trip to UK to record the voice acting, hiring British voice actors, Which really adds to the game's atmosphere.

@IdolVoodoo lol i had the same exact problem. then i ended up reverse hollowing and eventually beating the boss with a phantom. thats my strategy for all of the bosses now. summon a phantom and let him do all of the work :D

The issue with this boss isnt the dogs or his attacks, its how small the enviroment is.

This boss makes me contemplate quitting this game entirely. Sigh. I can hardly ever even make it to the staircase before the dogs have me in a stun lock for the boss to then lodge two swords firmly into my skull.

I now get nervous walking down the street and see someone walking 2 dogs.
