Planet Avery: We'll Have a Mansion

This song is based on, and features, an old tape recording I have of (9 year old) Avery's great-grandfather and his brother's acapella group (The Shivel Brothers) singing an old spiritual song called 'Someday We Know'.

This video features excerpts from 'Fallen Art' by Tomek Baginski, Sand Art (Paranoia Film), Eden (FutureLight Studios) and an animation for SpringsPreserve.org.

Who is this? How do you know of The Shivel Brothers? I am the great grandson of Glen Shivel who is singing in the video. I just googled the Shivel brothers to see if there was anything on the web and I came across this video. This is really creative! great job I’m sure the brothers are smiling down.

I will show this to Glenna (Glen’s daughter) who is my grandmother, I’m sure she will enjoy it too.

@mackabeeees I'm Arthur's grandson, my daughter (Arthur's great granddaughter) is singing on it. I think I only met with Glen a few times at gatherings at Sam's house. Those were great times!

It is cute for sure:) I put the tapes of the Shivel Brothers I found on CDs there not the best of quality but my Kids now enjoy there great grandpaw there was nothing like the old rub the nickel threw the elbow trick. And the hand bone He was so awesome. great memorys to pass on.
