@DesiWalkerIFBBPro You can get something like the Pose Method running technique video. They are easy to follow and will give you a quick lesson in how to run correctly, faster and avoid common injuries. I actually like some of the drills as warm up exercises.

Coach, without question, this looks tough. Will this suffice for a cardio routine and approximately, how many calories do you think an individual will burn after completing 10 sets of the suicides? Please reply and thanks in advance.

@somedude712 It depends on how or where it is placed in a program. As for calories-burning forget all that stuff. It just doesn't matter and there is no accurate way to measure that anyway

At what distance do you put the cones....what is the total length of the full sprint? Also is it just as effective on field (grass)?

I've never had any coaching on running technique - so I was wondering when you were saying to kick with your hamstrings - is that to run faster or to just place more emphasis on the hamstrings?

@DesiWalkerIFBBPro Both, but don't get all caught up in 'running technique' unless you are primarily going to be a runner.
