  • @videoofmike If you are talking about the muscle just above the ankle and Achilles tendon then I know what you're talking about.. I am in wrestling for my school, when i first started earlier this year we had to jog and run in intervals and that muscle started hurting, i believe it was because i had never did such intense workout. It was hurting for a good month or so.
