wow, this is crapper (visually, technicologically, i mean) than it was in the 70s.. come on cbs give letterman more money! :D the visusals had LINES! LINES! damned you! all to hell.... :D

Does anyone remember a detective show where Chris Elliott played a villain who strapped someone to a machine that sucked the blood out of the said person? I believe Boulevarde of Broken Dreams was also in the show. What show is that, thank you.
