It's either Tekken or Dead or Alive? I know I've seen the outfit in a fighting game with the girl who does the caopera. I remember vaguely cause my sister is into that fighting style.

@SkilletBiscuitKrew Costume Play =cosplay. usually dressing up as characters from video games, comics, anime etc. and involving some skits or favorite quotes from the characters. :-)
