  • The format you present is also very helpful for real, ordinary people. You don't have an entire gym cluttered with thousands of dollars of equipment, nor tout supplements costing hundreds each month. You seem to base your approach on a manageable amount of space, equipment, and effort. Hope to see you around for a long time, your are very helpful.

  • I recently started using KBs to improve hip strength for running. Your videos (&site) are great and I've got much more from KB workouts than I ever thought I would.... keep up the good work!

  • I've been using kettlebells irregularly for a couple years now, but without much direction or a solid goal. I've developed some real strength, but neglected overall conditioning and stamina. Your workouts are a real boon, and have been incredibly helpful. The format you use, the different fitness levels you present, and the variety keep things fresh and challenging.
