DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SUGGESTING SOLUTIONS,,JUST READ ABOUT THIS CRIMINAL>>>Joseph Jeffrey Hazelwood was the captain of the Exxon Valdez during its 1989 oil spill. He was accused of being drunk at the time of the accident, though at trial he was cleared of this charge. Hazelwood was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of negligent discharge of oil, fined $50,000, and sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service. HE HAS VERY GOOD FRIENDS IN THE POLITICIAN FIELD..HE SHOULD GO TO THE ELECTRIC CHAIR

i think exxon should be made to take care of any financial problems and concerns those people have today and for the rest of thier lives i meen it was their incompitence thats ruined the bay and the fishing for that town its a shame and sad that they get away with the crimes they commit now gas is expensive think exxon cares ????

this is the goverment at its best. It took them so long to respond to the spill. On top of that, the oil companies fired all the people who were concentrated on oil spill response.......there were so many warning signs and things that could of been prevented!

The captain of the ship was DRUNK!
I love that view.
I can see my old house from there.
