Some of the world's richest art collectors are involved in an intense race to determine whether a painting that has surfaced in Athens, is an original work by Vincent Van Gogh.
The painting, purportedly of Van Gogh's physician Dr. Gachet, is believed to have been stolen by the Nazis from a Jewish family in France during the Second World War.
The picture was among a number of works of art found among the possessions of a former Greek resistance fighter.

Someone is trying to draw attention on Greece as a centre of art. I will not be surprised to find a rise in tourism with people who want to visit musieums.

At 01:29 the chief restorer says something that sounds like "[she?] has convinced us" ("μας έχει πείσει"). I take it he's not sure himself of the authenticity of that painting?
And that lady... Maybe she's honest, maybe she means well. But watching her perform that ritual (of sorts) was kinda funny.
