i figure the reason tetsujin 28 has such a big round body is because of his unique energy drive system, which needs lots of room for housing and then provides lots of energy for abnormaly strong limbs, as compared to another robot that uses like a gas engine or some other energy source for propulsion, that results in average acceptable strength and requires lighter weight armour because of less strenth, hence making tetsujin 28 the strongest robot around
