You seem like a wonderful person with a giant heart and lots of love. I really enjoyed the video, the only problem was, it went a little fast asn was hard to follow becasue of that, I had to hit the pause button a few times and ended up skipping small bits because I was lost! A short second or 2 pause between afffirmations would make things much easier, for me anyway! Love and thanks, feeling pretty good from the video.
