I have looked everywhere for this version of the song that you can hear at the beggining and the end of the credits for the excellent movie Stander (2003) inspired by the true life of the cop turned robber Andre Stander. Now that I finally got the hold of it, I decided to share it with you. Enjoy!

Found the african tracks for Stander on Amazon ... City of God (Temple of Sound), War in Peace (Spence), and Star and the Wisemen (Ladywmith). IMDb has track listing. Fab music and movie both.

Actually, this song is called "City of God" off the Godspeed album by Temple of Sound. Excellent tune. Thanks for posting it. Never would have found it without someone linking this song to the Stander movie!

One of the hardest to get OSTs of a movie. If you would get that song which is playing at the beginning when stander is riding his car, i would love you very much :)

I literally looked everywhere for the name of that song. Or any info about it. But I can't find anything. It's the same story with this song. Maybe one day we'll get to find it. :)
