One of the big things that would make the intro sound better is sliding up to 6-5 and 8-7. I played the intro like your doing and then i tried it with the slide and it sounded so much better

Hey man loosen up a little! I used to be up tight like that too but now when i pick up that beautiful 1983 gibson explorer my dad gave to me and i see that cherry sunburst color and i shred some disturbed or metallica i get hyped and i lose myself in the music

perfect cover except for one small thing. Everyone seems to miss this too.
at 0:31 let those notes ring out more as if you are playing the chords. It's a Csus2 to a Cm. Simply just play the Csus2 on the G and B string and hammer on with middle finger to make the Cm and let them ring out. Do not just play it on the G string.
