Jennifer Burney, a postdoctoral scholar with the Program on Food Security and the Environment at Stanford University, discusses the impact of a solar-powered drip irrigation pilot project in Benin, West Africa. Burney and her colleagues were supported by an Environmental Venture Projects (EVP) grant from Stanford's Woods Institute for the Environment.
