@capuletxx err.. That is a broom made from the leaves of the coconut tree , and used for cooling the stove ONLY..its not used to clean toilets

@schuliger The broom is only used to cool the plates. If you watch some dosa cooks they may have a bucket of icy water nearby in plain view. Basically the broom allows plenty of the icy water to get absorbed. This is then splashed onto the plate to cool the top surface. Almost immediately the dosa mix is applied to the plate surface whilst plate is cool. You can see it is easy to spread the mix when the plate is cooled.

lol...but that broom is only for the grill. He wont use it anywhere else. The only thing that the vegetarian south Indian will be bothered about is he used the same turning tool for the egg spreading.
