It's neither dulcimer or guitar -- it's a Clarsach, the name for a folk harp. Different from a classical harp as accidentals are operated by levers rather than pedals, and they tend to tinkle rather than boom (don't jump on me for exceptions to this, there are many, but it's just a simple description :P).
