The Williamsburg Bridge is one of three suspension bridges crossing the lower East River within a mile of each other. It has always been overshadowed by its more famous and attractive neighbors, but also was the world's longest suspension bridge for over 20 years. The bridge has been in service since 1903.

  • @PeaceLuvVeggies this bridge crosses the east river between manhattan and northern brooklyn so this bridge doesn't come close to coney island...
