This is awesome, very similar to how I envisioned getting my home-care patient on and off with a few minor Changes. I was concerned about the boom taking her 120lbs, but Annie doesn't look much different. I was actually envisioning a fixed length of line from the mid-point of the boom to her sling/harness since i don't think she has enough use of her arms to work the winch herself, but I can see how using the main sheet can be beneficial even if I'm the one hauling on it.
